Why passion flower?

Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is a beautiful flower originally found on the entire American continent. There the plant was already used by Mayas, Native Americans and Aztecs as a sedative. The plant contains important nutrients, such as flavonoids, and helps to induce relaxation and sleep.

Magnesium and 5-HTP

Magnesium is important for a good state of mind. In addition to Magnesium, we have added the well studied ingredient 5-HTP. This ingredient is extracted from griffonia simplicifolia seed, which is native to West and Central Africa.

Vitamin B6 and L-theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid, which is most commonly found in tea leaves. Vitamin B6 was added to this due to its importance for the nervous system and because it contributes to a good mental balance.

Suggested use

It is best to take this tablet with a glass of water.

Adults are recommended to take 1 tablet one hour before going to sleep.
